In Honor of Jeff Loeffelholz

As a rural kid from Oklahoma, Jeff came to New York to pursue his love of musicals, where his talents garnered much praise and attention in the Broadway community. As the longest running cast member of the musical Chicago, he was living out his artistic dreams with a wicked sense of humor, a captivating smile, and a generous heart.

The Jeff Loeffelholz IRIS (JLI) Foundation was founded in honor of Jeff, after he took his own life in 2018. Not a day goes by that we don’t think of his beautiful spirit, and we want to shed light on his story, so that we can help others combat their mental health struggles.

The mental health epidemic has taken the lives of millions of people, and we plan to do our part by bridging the gap between those who need help and accessible resources. We want to honor Jeff by having this foundation represent all of the best elements that make up Jeff Loeffelholz.

Know that you are not powerless, You are worthy!
